Hollandaze Gourmet offers a unique gourmet dining experience with our evening cooking classes we know you will enjoy.  Each guest receives recipes detailing the four or five course meal the guest chef prepares for you.  Several of our guest chefs offer "hands-on" classes.  Each class is from 6:00 to 8:00PM and the class ranges from 12 to 18 students.  You are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or your drink of choice to enjoy with dinner.  Classes fill quickly so call 864-0076 to reserve your spot!
  We offer private classes for that special event with a minimum of 12.
